Position Overview

Fiducial Jade is looking for an Administrative Assistant for our  San Francisco, CA location. This is a great entry role for a motivated self-starter looking to join an established company that is expanding their US presence. Responsibilities include but are not be limited to: meeting and greeting visitors, clients and Fiducial employees; answering, screening and routing incoming calls; scheduling conference rooms; maintaining  the appearance of the front office/reception area; scheduling phone and office appointments for partner and managers; preparing and maintaining tax files/archiving files in boxes/making and binding copies of tax returns for clients and firm; ordering office supplies, preparing monthly expenses report for partner in charge; going to post office to mail certified mails and bank on a daily basis for check deposits; following up with AR collection, posting payments in Excel, posting clients payments in our billing software, and invoicing, Other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills/ Experience/Attributes

  • 1-2 years administrative/reception experience required
  • French language proficiency required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office to include Excel, Word and Outlook
  • 1-2  years customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred
  • Interest in Accounting is helpful.
  • Fluency in French preferred, but not required
