Position Overview 

Cloud-Xpress is looking for an IT/Cloud Client Services Engineer / Expert to manage our Cloud platforms, and provide level 2 support to our client base. The successful candidate will have solid server-side network and system administration skills and a strong commitment to the highest quality of project management and client support. Desired Skills/ Experience/ Attributes

  • 4+ years of experience in network or system engineering and administration
  • 3+ years of experience in deploying Cloud services or Managing migration projects
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role including phone support
  • Expert level experience and understanding of VMware (vSphere + VDI View / Horizon)
  • Solid understanding and experience with Systems: Windows Server; Linux; MS Exchange; Backup software
  • Expert with Networks: WAN/LAN TCP/IP; BGP; Security; VOiP
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Dedicated and hardworking with a drive to learn and succeed
  • The ability to work within deadlines
  • Good customer service skills with the ability to work with customers in-person and over the telephone
  • Strong team player with a willingness to support colleagues to get the job done
  • Proficiency in French a plus


Education, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field preferred
  • VMware VCP certification preferred
  • Cisco CCNA certifications preferred
  • Microsoft certifications preferred
