Position Overview

  • Printing and assembling tax returns.
  • Data Entry and other general office tasks.
  • Preparation of job materials including printing source documents from various software systems
  • Document scanning & filing
  • Copying documents
  • Communicating with various department personnel to gather information
  • Other duties as assigned
  • This is a part-time position working 20-25 hours/week

 

Desired Skills/Experience/Attributes

  • 1-2 years of office support experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office a plus
  • Interest/experience in Accounting/Tax helpful.
  • Self-starter.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organization skills and time management skills.
  • Unquestionable level of integrity required.
