Position Overview

Fiducial is looking for a Payroll Processor for their Manassas, VA branch.

The Payroll Processor  works in a team environment and is responsible for the complete payroll life cycle and various administrative duties  including  but not limited to : processing payroll for multiple clients;  setting up new clients;  entering new employee information;  entering timesheet data; cutting  checks;  general customer service; answering phones; filing, etc.  The payroll processor interfaces with our clients on a daily basis and will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience.  This is a part time position with potential for full time.

 Desired Skills/ Experience/Attributes

  • 1 year experience in Payroll necessary
  • Data Entry or Import of time detail into system
  • Review all information for completeness and accuracy
  • Report any potential issues to customer
  • Calculate and process all payroll related changes
  • Research and resolve any customer or system problems
  • Verify payroll output against payroll reports and registers prior to distribution of checks to maintain accuracy
  • Communicate with the IRS, State, and Local tax jurisdictions
  • Provide excellent customer service
