Position Overview

Fiducial is looking for an Administrative Assistant for their Eugene, OR office. This is a great entry role for a motivated self starter looking to join a established company that  is expanding their US presence.  Responsibilities include but are not be limited to: meeting and greeting visitors, clients and Fiducial employees;  providing administrative support to office; answering, screening and routing incoming calls; light accounting duties; scheduling conference rooms; and maintaining  the appearance of the front office/reception area.

Desired Skills/ Experience/Attributes

  • 1-2 years administrative experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Excel and Word.
  • 1-2  years customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred
  • Interest in Accounting is helpful.
