Position Overview

Fiducial is looking for a Seasonal Part-time Administrative Assistant to provide support to our branch office in Timonium, MD.  This is a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant with at least 2 years experience, a background in bookkeeping, accounting, and/or taxes a plus. Responsibilities include but are not be limited to: scanning and indexing documents into our proprietary computer system, receiving tax packages in the mail, entering invoices, maintaining tax log, greeting clients, data entry, & other general office tasks. The successful candidate will work approximately 24 hrs./week..

Desired Skills/ Experience/Attributes

  • 1-2 years administrative experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office to include Excel and Word.
  • 1-2  years Customer Service Experience preferred
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred
  • Interest in Accounting is helpful.
