Position Overview

Fiducial/Jade is looking for a Receptionist / Administrative assistant to be the face of the company in our  NYC location. This is a great entry role for a motivated self-starter looking to join an established company that is expanding their US presence.  Responsibilities include but are not be limited to: meeting and greeting visitors, clients and Fiducial employees;  providing administrative support to various TASC  departments; answering, screening and routing incoming calls; maintaining employee attendance reports; scheduling conference rooms; and maintaining  the appearance of the front office/reception area, scheduling multiples phone and office appointments for partner and managers, preparing and maintaining tax files, archiving files in boxes, making and binding copies of tax returns for clients and firm, ordering coffee and office supplies on a weekly basis, preparing monthly expenses report for partner in charge, going to post office to mail certified mails and bank on a daily basis for check deposits, following up with AR collection, posting payments in our excel sheet once a week, posting clients payments in our billing software, managing deposit of rent payments and payments of invoices on behalf of clients of the firm. Multiples and different administrative tasks to be performed every day.

Desired Skills/ Experience/Attributes

  • 1-2 years administrative/reception experience required
  • French language proficiency required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office to include Excel, Word and Outlook
  • 1-2  years Customer Service Experience preferred
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred
  • Interest in Accounting is helpful.
  • Must be able to work 9:00 – 6pm, 5 days a week
  • Speaking French is a must.
