Position Overview 

Fiducial is looking for a Business Associate for their Cincinnati, OH office.  This position reports directly to the Branch Manager.

This is an excellent entry-level position.

The Business Associate works in a team environment responsible for general bookkeeping, monthly write up, tax, payroll and other accounting functions. Some individual tax preparation and special projects work may be required. 

As a multi-faceted position, this opportunity includes monitoring business production pertaining to reviewing accounting reports and answering all technical processing and accounting questions for clients. This dynamic position is well suited for recent college grads with experience, book keepers and accountants seeking an opportunity to expand their professional experiences and grow within a public accounting office.

Desired Skills/ Experience/Attributes

  •  1-3 years proven experience  providing general accounting and bookkeeping services in a business environment
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred, not required
  • Payroll processing and tax filing experience helpful
  • Proven ability to handle a high-volume workload at a high level, balancing workload and multitasking while meeting deadlines efficiently
  • Must be able to work independently as well as  a member of complete team.

Education, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  •  Minimum AA degree in accounting preferred or equivalent experience.
