 In our Bethesda office, we focus on providing outsourced CFO, accounting, tax, Mergers and Acquisitions, and management consulting services to Government Contractors, Not-For-Profit organizations and other businesses in the DC Metropolitan area and beyond.

Our staff consists of seasoned professionals, with experience in the areas of DCAA Compliance, Cost Accounting, Contract Pricing, Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Taxation.


Position Overview

  •  Actively participate in all aspects of business development from business opportunity  identification to proposal development, negotiation and closing.
  • Develop pipeline of new business opportunities by proactively identifying new potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal team to develop and present proposals.
  • Track and report new opportunities through internal systems.


Desired Skills/ Experience/Attributes

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant sales/business development experience
  • Basic accounting knowledge (some college level courses a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Familiar with social media and networking
  • Eager to grow and make a difference
  • Experience with government contracting a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other business-related field preferred
