Position Overview 

Fiducial is looking for a Business Associate for their Manassas, VA office.  This position reports directly to the Branch Manager.

The Business Associate works in a team environment responsible for general bookkeeping, monthly write up, payroll and other accounting functions.

As a multi-faceted position, this opportunity includes monitoring business production pertaining to reviewing accounting reports and answering all technical processing and accounting questions for clients. This dynamic position is well suited for bookkeepers and accountants seeking an opportunity to expand their professional experiences and grow within an accounting office.


Desired Skills/ Experience/Attributes

  •  1-3 years proven experience  providing general accounting and bookkeeping services in a business environment.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred, not required.
  • Payroll processing and tax filing experience helpful.
  • Proven ability to handle a high-volume workload, while meeting deadlines. 
  • Must be able to work independently as well as with a team.
