Position Overview


FFDA is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to our office in Springfield, Illinois.


This is a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant with at least 2 years experience, and a background in bookkeeping, accounting and/or taxes.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  printing and processing of tax returns, completion of various daily tasks requiring computer literacy, data entry, client relations and other general office tasks.  This position will be working in our Tax Department and will require strong attention to detail as well as the ability to research information and have timely communication with both internal staff as well as with clients.


Desired Skills/Experience/Attributes


  • 1-2 years administrative experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office including Excel and Word.
  • Interest/Experience in Accountant/Tax helpful.
